Practitioners, services & calendar
- Manage physiotherapists and assistants, qualifications, registrations and linked logins; configure services with duration and prices, packages with session counts and validity.
- Set weekly hours, book exact appointment times and block practitioner overlaps; create weekly series and move or cancel individual appointments. Room/bed labels do not check room conflicts.
- Track booked, arrived and completed visits, unsigned notes, reviews due, low or expiring packages and patient dues on the dashboard.
Care episodes & clinical records
- Keep a separate episode for each problem with a referring doctor, primary practitioner and open/discharged status; store referral attachments privately.
- Record initial and review assessments: body region, complaint, history, pain score, range of motion, strength and functional limitation with dated measurements.
- Set goals, interventions, frequency, session count and review dates. Plan revisions retain history; signed session notes accept amendments without overwriting the original.
- Print clinical records, discharge summaries and typed Bangla/English home-exercise sheets with repetitions, sets, frequency and precautions on A5, A4 or Letter.
Packages, policies, payments & refunds
- Sell and track each held package separately, choose which package pays for a session, and keep session usage, corrections, expiry and extensions in a history separate from money owed.
- Configure no-show and late-cancellation policies, including whether a session is consumed or a fee applies; use pay-as-you-go billing when appropriate.
- Invoice assessments, sessions and packages, record partial payments and dues, handle refunds and close/refund unused package balances through the supported workflow.
- Calculate referral commissions using configured rules; refunds resynchronise commission entitlements while preserving paid amounts and history.
Access, reminders & current scope
- Use role-based permissions for assistants and physiotherapists, with clinical signing controlled separately. The module works on its own or alongside other subscribed modules.
- Patients can opt in to day-before WhatsApp reminders. Delivery needs an approved template and the scheduled reminder service to be enabled; messages use daytime hours and omit clinical details. Usage charges apply.
- Current support covers physiotherapy and typed exercise sheets. Exercise image libraries, psychotherapy, group sessions, room/equipment conflict checks, SMS and online payment gateways are not included.
Accounting & everyday administration
- Keep income, expenses, categories and recurring entries; review cash book, profit and loss, dues and printable/exportable financial reports for your enabled workflows.
- Track cash, bank and mobile-banking accounts with opening balances and transfers; close accounting months and reopen with authorised access and a recorded reason.
- Maintain staff salary records, salary payments, advances, recovery deductions and printable payslips, subject to accounting permissions.
- Use centre settings, subscription management, support and tutorials. Access to records and actions follows the purchased modules and assigned permissions.
Keep reception and therapists on the same page
Reception can follow today's appointments and dues. Therapists can find the assessment, plan and previous session notes. Low session balances and expiring packages are visible together, making the handover between the desk and treatment room easier.

Frequently asked questions
How much is SihatSuite Physiotherapy and what does it include?+
Physiotherapy: ৳2,000/month. It includes a therapist calendar, appointments, session packages and balances, assessments, treatment plans, signed session notes, printable home-exercise sheets, billing and referral commissions. A physiotherapy centre can use the module on its own without Diagnostic Management. No setup fee; optional add-ons and WhatsApp message usage are separate.
Are payments and session balances tracked separately?+
Yes. Billing tracks what has been paid and what is owed. Each held package separately tracks used and remaining sessions and its expiry date.
Can signed notes be changed?+
Signed notes cannot be edited in place. Add an amendment to correct the record; the original stays in the history.
Does it work offline or include an exercise image library?+
The website needs an internet connection. Home-exercise instructions are written and printed; a ready-made exercise image library is not included.
