Yes. Each doctor designs their own bilingual letterhead — English block on the left and বাংলা on the right — with the name, degrees, designation, and BMDC number in custom colors for each side. It prints on plain paper just like a traditional Bangladeshi prescription pad, or you can switch to letterhead mode to print on your pre-printed pad instead.

Yes. You can save every chamber you practice at — name (in English and Bangla), address, visiting days, opening and closing times, and appointment number. When writing a prescription you pick the chamber, and its details print on the header. The software remembers your last-used chamber so you rarely have to select it.

Not on the Prescription plan today. Serial and queue management — serials with an estimated time, the printed day schedule for your assistant, the waiting-room board and the patient's serial slip — comes with the Diagnostic Management module at ৳2,000/month, or the combined package at ৳2,500/month which gives you prescriptions as well. Serials for a prescription-only plan are planned. What the Prescription plan does include is your chambers: each chamber's days, opening, report and closing times are saved and print on the prescription header.

Structured clinical sections also autocomplete from 900+ medical phrases and learn the new phrases you type.

Yes. Prescriptions share the same patient records as the diagnostic and billing modules, so you can order investigations from a prescription and the patient can bill and test them in the same visit. Cash book and profit-loss accounting are included free in every plan.
