- Search the preloaded drug catalogue by brand, generic, strength and form; set dose, frequency, meal timing and duration.
- See every other brand of the same generic, strength and form beside the search or on a medicine line — sorted by price, your own most prescribed or A–Z, with the company and catalogue price. Switching keeps the dose and duration, and Undo puts the first brand back.
- See the full course cost at catalogue prices under the medicine list, with the cheapest same-generic total beside it; lines whose quantity cannot be worked out from the dose are listed, not guessed. It is for the doctor only and never printed.
- A brand missing from the catalogue can be added from the pad when the search finds nothing; it stays private to your centre.
- Record complaints, examination findings, diagnosis, treatment plan, vitals, advice and follow-up with structured sections, ready phrases and remembered custom phrases.
- Save and apply private prescription templates with medicines, dosing, investigations and clinical text; edit and reprint saved prescriptions.
- Recommend investigations from the catalogue and review related-test suggestions. Billing and running those tests requires Diagnostic Management.
Patient history & repeat visits
- Open the patient-history workspace and last-visit panel from the prescribing workflow; review accessible visits and records according to your modules and permissions.
- Repeat selected medicines and doses from a previous prescription with duplicate checks, unavailable-medicine handling and an undo option for unchanged copied rows.
- Repeat medicines does not copy old diagnoses, vitals, investigations or follow-up dates; record the current consultation separately.
- See advisory warnings for recorded allergies and duplicate generics. These are limited record-based checks, not a comprehensive interaction or clinical decision system; the prescriber reviews the treatment.
- Keep a doctor-maintained current-medicines list and review result trends in accessible report previews, alongside the patient timeline and record previews.
- Maintain patient health profiles and link a patient to Global EMR with consent. Linked records include conditions, allergies, medicines, vitals, surgery, immunisation and family/lifestyle history, with sharing controls and access history.

- Save multiple chambers with addresses, visiting days, opening/report/closing times and appointment phone numbers; choose a chamber on the prescription.
- Print on plain paper using the designed header or use preprinted letterhead. Doctor-scoped prescription access separates prescribers in supported multi-user packages.

- Add Diagnostic Management for serial queues, lab billing and reports. Waiting-room TV is an additional add-on.
- Add Pharmacy to see advisory in-stock, low-stock, out-of-stock or not-carried indicators while prescribing and to dispense at the counter. Stock indicators do not reserve medicines or block prescribing.
Accounting & everyday administration
- Keep income, expenses, categories and recurring entries; review cash book, profit and loss, dues and printable/exportable financial reports for your enabled workflows.
- Track cash, bank and mobile-banking accounts with opening balances and transfers; close accounting months and reopen with authorised access and a recorded reason.
- Maintain staff salary records, salary payments, advances, recovery deductions and printable payslips, subject to accounting permissions.
- Use centre settings, subscription management, support and tutorials. Access to records and actions follows the purchased modules and assigned permissions.

What does it cost and how do I start?+
Digital Prescription System: ৳750/month. A free trial is available. See Pricing for current multi-module bundles. Optional add-ons and WhatsApp message usage are charged separately.
Can I use this module on its own?+
Yes. Start with the standalone module and add other modules as needed. Workflows belonging to another module require that module’s subscription or an applicable bundle.
Are serial queues, lab billing and medicine stock included?+
Serial queues need a package with the chamber desk: Diagnostic Management, Doctor Consultancy, Clinic Management, Dental Chamber or Eye Chamber. Lab billing requires Diagnostic Management; stock visibility and dispensing require Pharmacy. The waiting-room TV comes with the chamber products and is an add-on on Diagnostic Management. Prescription itself includes chamber details and investigation recommendations.
Do allergy warnings make clinical decisions?+
No. These are limited warnings based on recorded allergies and duplicate generics. They do not check every interaction or risk and do not block saving. The prescriber must review the current patient and treatment.
