It includes a therapist calendar, appointments, session packages and balances, assessments, a physiotherapy prescription (treatments, course, home exercises and medicines when needed), signed session notes, printable home-exercise sheets, billing and referral commissions. Counselling cases add consent, intake, formulation, graded risk with follow-up and PHQ-9, GAD-7 and CORE-10 scores, and each case file opens only for its case team. A centre can use it on its own without Diagnostic Management. Optional add-ons and WhatsApp message usage are separate.

Dental Chamber: ৳1,500/month, with the doctor's prescription pad included. It includes a tooth chart (FDI, adult and milk teeth) built from signed exams, medical alerts, treatment plans priced from your own procedure list with consent recorded per plan, work done per sitting, billing when a procedure is finished, advances held as patient credit, payments, the day-end cash close, referral commission, doctor serials and check-up recall. A chamber already on Prescription can add Dental for ৳750/month. You do not need a lab.

Eye Chamber: ৳1,500/month, with the doctor's prescription pad included. It includes the refractionist's vision record per eye (vision, near vision, eye pressure, colour vision, refraction, the patient's own glasses and pupil distance), today's queue from refraction to the doctor, the eye examination with a diagnosis per eye, glasses prescriptions written from the measurements and printed as a slip, trends of eye pressure and vision, yearly check-up recall with a tighter interval for glaucoma and diabetic patients, payments, the day-end cash close, referral commission and doctor serials. A chamber already on Prescription can add Eye for ৳750/month. An eye care centre with an optical counter takes the Eye Care Centre package for ৳2,500/month, with the Optical Shop included. You do not need a lab.

Optical Shop: ৳1,250/month, for an optical shop with no doctor. The refractionist measures vision and refraction, printed as a refraction by that refractionist, never as a doctor's prescription. It includes glasses orders from your own refraction or an outside prescription typed in, frames from stock or the customer's own, lens prices for single vision, bifocal and progressive with options and an automatic high-power surcharge, a printed job card, lens labs with the day sent, day back and the lab's charge, an advance at order time and the balance on delivery, a counter for sunglasses, solutions and cases with barcode scanning, frame and item stock with reorder levels, and a monthly report. An eye chamber can add the optical counter for ৳1,000/month. An eye care centre with a doctor takes the Eye Care Centre package for ৳2,500/month: Eye Chamber and the Optical Shop together.

Doctor Consultancy: ৳1,500/month, for chamber complexes with visiting doctors. It includes each doctor's sittings and fees, serials with live links and the waiting-room TV display, one consultation invoice per serial, doctor fee settlement with statements and payouts, leave and replacement handling with SMS notices, the prescription pad, patient history and accounting, with fifteen doctor logins. A Prescription subscription upgrades in place for +৳750 a month at today's prices.

Clinic Management: ৳3,000/month, for outpatient clinics and day-care procedures. It includes everything in Doctor Consultancy — serials, the waiting-room TV, consultation billing and doctor fee settlement — plus nurse triage vitals, a priced services list, a procedure worklist whose completion moves consumables off the shelf once, a small operating theatre with room booking, consent, pre-op checklist, signed operation note and recovery observations, and clinic bills with procedure, surgeon fee, anaesthesia fee, theatre charge and consumables as separate lines. Add the lab (৳4,500/month), a pharmacy (৳4,000/month) or both (৳5,500/month). For admitted patients, Clinic Management + Indoor (৳5,000/month) adds wards, beds and cabins, deposits, the running bill and the discharge summary, doctor rounds paid to the doctor, the nursing handover, a medication chart, bed reservations, housekeeping and company-paid stays, with theatre, lab and pharmacy charged to the stay and collected on one final bill.

Yes, when Pharmacy stock modes are enabled for your shop. Full stock counts every product; Selected items counts only the products you choose; Sales only lets you sell listed products at their saved prices without a stock count. A shop admin changes the mode in Pharmacy → Stock tracking after support enables it. Sales only can record supplier bills and dues, but without complete purchase costs it cannot show actual profit for every sale.

The main SihatSuite website works on phones, tablets and computers with an internet connection. Separate Field Agent and Pharmacy POS apps support their respective workflows, including supported offline work after setup. Yes. SihatSuite can deliver investigation reports and invoices directly to a patient's WhatsApp with one tap, using approved message templates in Bangla or English. Each message includes a secure link the patient can open to view or download the PDF.

An approved, paid report can be opened through its private link or invoice QR code. The viewer must also enter the PIN based on the last four digits of the patient's registered phone number. Share links only with the intended patient and keep the registered number accurate; access depends on both the link and PIN.

Yes. You can tag the agent, doctor, or organisation who referred each patient on the invoice. Commission is calculated automatically on the final billed amount after discounts, so settling with your referrers is transparent and requires no manual maths.

Invoices and reports print on thermal 80mm, A5, and A4 — whatever hardware your center already uses. Billing is in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), with Cash, Card, Mobile Banking, and Bank Transfer all supported, including partial payments and due tracking.

SihatSuite supports Bangla and English for patient-facing communication such as WhatsApp report and invoice messages, and our support team can assist you in either language.

Yes. Pharmacy works on its own: retail sales, suppliers and customer dues, staff permissions and accounting without lab screens. Shops normally track batches and expiry; support can also enable Selected items or Sales only for shops that want to sell without counting every product. For products whose stock is tracked, the counter selects an eligible batch by earliest expiry and blocks expired batches from normal sales. Your shop can choose how early to warn about approaching expiry. A product sold without stock tracking has no verified on-hand quantity or expiry in the system, so staff must check the item on the shelf before selling it.

Yes. Each product records how many tablets are in a strip and how many strips in a box. You buy in boxes and sell in tablets, and the software converts both ways — stock is stored in single units and shown back as strips and boxes, so selling 3 from a full box of 10×10 leaves 9 strips + 7.

Yes. Choose medicines from the drug catalogue and add surgical items, devices, baby food or cosmetics as your own products. They can have barcodes and prices. Where stock is tracked, record their batches and quantities; in a shop enabled for Sales only, they remain sellable without a stock count.

For a tracked purchase, SihatSuite spreads the net cost across paid and free units. A sale from that batch keeps its actual cost at the time of sale, so a later purchase does not rewrite earlier margins. For products sold without stock tracking, any displayed sales margin may use an estimated cost or show cost unknown. Actual profit depends on complete purchase records and the stock mode used.

Prescription + Pharmacy connects prescription writing, dispensing, batch stock and accounts without requiring a lab. Doctor serials and waiting-room queues come with the packages that have the chamber desk: Doctor Consultancy, Clinic Management, Diagnostic Management, Dental Chamber and Eye Chamber. Contact support to change the package on your existing organisation account. Confirm the effective date, charge for the remaining subscription period and renewal total before activation.

Published packages list included modules. Confirm your required doctors, staff, counters, devices and branches in a quotation. Multiple chamber addresses on a prescription do not mean a multi-branch business subscription.

Pharmacy opening stock supports the supplied spreadsheet template. Check medicine identity, batch, expiry, quantity and cost before importing. Ask support to review historical patient records and other source formats before agreeing a migration.

Use the available report export or print options while your account is active. Before cancelling, agree any additional records, formats and delivery dates with support and confirm post-cancellation access and retention in writing.

The website needs a connection. Configured Field Agent and Pharmacy POS apps can queue supported work for later sync; Lab Bridge can store received analyser runs on the lab PC. Devices need power and prior setup. Reconnect, check sync status and resolve conflicts before assuming all work reached the server.
