What health checks do garment buyers usually ask for?+
It varies by brand and by the factory's own code of conduct, but the recurring themes are a medical check before a worker joins, a periodic or annual check afterwards, attention to the hazards of the specific job, and records that can be produced on request. Confirm the exact package with each factory's compliance team — SihatSuite lets you define the package per contract rather than assuming one standard.
Can the factory see its workers' medical results?+
No, and it should not. The employer portal shows who attended and the occupational fitness decision — fit, fit with advice, fit with restriction, temporarily unfit, or referred. Individual readings and diagnostic reports stay with the worker and the examining physician. Handing a factory its workers' clinical values is both a confidentiality problem and, for the doctor signing, a professional one.
How many workers can be screened in a day?+
That depends on your staff and equipment, not the software. What the software does is stop the queue from becoming the bottleneck: registration, vitals, sample collection, vision, medical review and completion each run as a station, so you can see where workers are piling up and move people to it.
What does the factory doctor actually sign?+
A numbered fitness certificate per worker, and — for the campaign as a whole — a consolidated sheet with workers down and tests across, opening with every worker who has a non-fit decision or an out-of-range value. Out-of-range flagging is deliberately conservative and advisory: on a document a physician signs, a wrong flag is worse than no flag.
How is a screening campaign billed?+
Against the factory, at the per-test rates agreed in that contract, as one statement with its own due date. It is tracked as corporate receivables, separately from your daily patient collections, so a factory's unpaid statement never quietly inflates your cash-basis profit.
Do we need a separate system for this?+
No. Corporate screening is an add-on on top of the Diagnostic Management module, using the same patients, samples, reports and accounting your centre already runs on. Workers who have also visited your centre privately are matched to their existing record when the match is unambiguous.
