A practical pharmacy counter
- Search medicines by brand or generic, scan barcodes, use keyboard shortcuts and sell by box, strip or loose unit with automatic conversion.
- Allocate earliest-expiring eligible stock first and block expired batches from normal sales. Apply sale discounts and take cash, card, bank or mobile-banking payments.
- Link a customer, review previous purchases and dues, accept partial payments and print receipts. Close the drawer with expected versus counted cash and a recorded difference.
- With Prescription enabled, open a prescription at the counter and dispense available medicines through the pharmacy workflow.
- Hold and resume bills, repeat a previous sale with current-stock checks, use quick-add products, split payments across methods and switch between retail and configured wholesale prices. Bangla counter labels, shortcut help and tips support new cashiers.

- Use the medicine catalogue and add non-medicine shop products, categories and barcodes; import opening stock and inspect each product’s batch and movement history.
- Track batch expiry, near-expiry stock, low stock and stock valuation. Count whole and loose units physically, record reasons and reconcile differences in the stock ledger.

- Offline receipts use device-specific numbers; synced sales receive server sale numbers. Stock shortfalls discovered during sync are flagged for review.
- Print counter receipts with compatible 58 mm or 80 mm Bluetooth ESC/POS printers after pairing and granting Android permissions.
- Offline scope is cash and credit sales, including new customers. Returns, cancellations, purchasing, wholesale pricing and prescription dispensing require the web workflow. Scan products with the Android camera or a compatible scanner.
Accounting & everyday administration

Can I use this module on its own?+
Yes. Start with the standalone module and add other modules as needed. Workflows belonging to another module require that module’s subscription or an applicable bundle.
What works without internet?+
After initial sign-in and sync, the Android POS app supports offline cash and credit sales and syncs when connectivity returns. Returns, cancellations, purchases, wholesale pricing and prescription dispensing stay on the web. The web dashboard needs internet.
How are expired and returned medicines handled?+
Expired batches are blocked from normal sales. Returned goods go back to their source batch or are quarantined when damaged or expired. Stock and financial histories remain available.
