Choose Prescription + Pharmacy at ৳1,750/month. Doctors write prescriptions with their own login and letterhead, and the counter dispenses against the prescription with batch stock and accounts connected. You do not need a lab. Doctor serials and waiting-room queues require Diagnostic Management.

Serial booking, the waiting-room queue, day schedules and serial slips require a package containing Diagnostic Management. Prescription alone and Prescription + Pharmacy include prescription writing and chamber details, but do not include serial management. Compare the module columns before choosing a plan.

WhatsApp delivery must be enabled for your subscription. With the SihatSuite sender, patient messages use credits; check your balance and current top-up price in WhatsApp settings. Any introductory credits are separate from recurring usage. With your own Meta sender, provider charges apply. The software subscription does not promise unlimited free messages.

The published packages describe included modules. They are not a promise of unlimited users or branches. Tell sales how many doctors, staff, counters, devices and locations you need, and confirm the scope in your quotation. Multiple chamber addresses on a doctor's prescription are different from operating multiple business branches.

Yes. Contact support to change your package or add an eligible module to your existing subscription. Confirm the effective date, remaining-period charge and renewal total before activation. Keep using the same organisation account rather than registering a second one for an upgrade.

Pharmacy opening stock can be imported with the product's spreadsheet template. Check medicine identity, batch, expiry, quantity and cost before importing. For historical patients, prescriptions or records from another system, ask support to review the source format first; automatic migration of every record is not included by default.

Available reports provide their own print or export options. Before cancelling, contact support to agree the records, file formats and delivery date you need. Confirm post-cancellation access and retention in writing; do not assume a full database export or indefinite access is included.

The main website needs a connection. After initial setup and sign-in, the Field Agent app can save supported visits locally for later sync. The Pharmacy POS app can queue supported sales from its downloaded stock; reconciliation is needed after reconnecting. Lab Bridge saves received analyser runs locally and uploads later. Devices still need power, and work not yet synced must remain on the device.

Pharmacy can also be attached to a subscription you are already running.

Yes. The Pharmacy module stands on its own at ৳1,250/month — a retail medicine shop with no lab gets the counter, batch and expiry tracking, supplier purchases, customer due and the cash book, and nothing it does not need. If you already run a diagnostic centre with us, pharmacy attaches to your existing subscription for the same price.

Add-ons appear on the same monthly bill. Confirm compatibility first; Analyser Interface requires Diagnostic Management. Field Agents (৳1,000/month) gives your door-to-door marketing agents a mobile app: they register patients at the doorstep, every visit is GPS-verified on a map, referrals attribute automatically to invoices and commissions, and each agent works against a monthly collection target. The app needs no signal to do any of it — a day's work is saved on the phone and syncs itself when coverage returns, which matters outside the big towns. AI Insights & Analytics (৳1,000/month) shows where the money actually comes from over any date range — revenue by test and category, a referrer scorecard net of commission, billed-versus-collected trends and discount concentration, all exportable to Excel. Analyser Interface (৳1,500/month, unlimited machines) connects your CBC and chemistry analysers so results land in the report for a technician to accept instead of being retyped — it works with ASTM, HL7 and plain-text machines and keeps running through power and internet cuts. Corporate & RMG Health (৳1,500/month) runs employer screening campaigns — roster upload, station queues, fitness certificates, and one statement billed to the employer.
