A physiotherapy centre has a different daily rhythm from a diagnostic laboratory or a doctor's chamber. Patients return for a course of sessions, each appointment needs a therapist's time, and a payment may cover several visits. A register can record each event, but reception and the therapist still need to agree which sessions remain and what happened at the previous visit. Start with the therapist's calendar
Set up practitioners, their weekly working hours and the services your centre offers. Book appointments with a start and end time. The calendar refuses overlapping appointments for the same practitioner. For a course of treatment, create a series of appointments and move or cancel individual dates when needed. A room or bed can be labelled, but the calendar does not check room or equipment conflicts.
Keep money and sessions separate
Consider a patient who buys a ten-session package and completes three sessions. With no expiry, refund or chargeable cancellation affecting that package, seven sessions remain. That number says nothing about whether the invoice is fully paid. Reception needs both answers: sessions available and money due. Give each course of care its own record
An episode groups the assessment, treatment plan, appointments and notes for one problem. A patient can have more than one episode over time. Record the baseline assessment, goals, planned interventions and review date. When the plan changes, its earlier version remains in the history. This gives the treating team context without relying on a separate notebook for each practitioner.
Finish the session with a clear note
Document the interventions given, the patient's response and the next steps. Signed notes cannot be edited in place: a correction is recorded as an amendment while the original stays visible. Therapists and assistants have separate permissions, so the centre can assign documentation and clinical responsibilities to the appropriate staff.
Send written instructions home
Write home-exercise instructions in Bangla, English or both. Include the exercise, sets, repetitions, frequency and precautions, then print on A5, A4 or Letter. The module also supports a printed discharge summary. These are clinician-written instructions; the current version does not include an illustrated exercise library or choose exercises for the therapist.
What the subscription covers
Physiotherapy is a standalone module: a centre does not need a laboratory or a Diagnostic Management subscription to use it. The current catalog price is shown above. There is no setup fee. Optional add-ons and WhatsApp message usage are separate. The web application needs an internet connection. Referral commissions are supported for doctors who send patients to the centre.
