Patients, appointments & collection
- Register and search patients by name, phone or code; record age, contact details and health information.
- Manage doctor schedules, serial queues, estimated times, printable day schedules and patient slips. Waiting-room TV display is a separate add-on.
- Manage online test bookings, collection assignments, lab receipt and collection-payment settlements through the booking workspace.
- Give each serial patient a live link, copied or sent from the desk's WhatsApp: their serial, now serving, how many are ahead and an estimated time from the doctor's own pace. With WhatsApp messaging configured, a reminder can go out when three patients are ahead.
- When a collector sets out, the patient can follow a live link with the collector's latest position on a map and an arrival estimate. Live location needs the Field Agent app; the link goes out through a configured WhatsApp template.
- Maintain patient health profiles and link a patient to Global EMR with consent. Linked records include conditions, allergies, medicines, vitals, surgery, immunisation and family/lifestyle history, with sharing controls and access history.
- Linked patients sign in to the patient portal with their mobile number and PIN. One number serves a family: parents see their children's reports and prescriptions, and an adult's records are shared only when that adult chooses. Every view is logged.
Your test catalogue & billing
- Use the preloaded investigation catalogue; select offered tests, set centre prices and names, aliases, categories, groups and frequently used tests. Upload prices, export a rate list and request catalogue additions.
- Configure report fields, reference ranges, critical limits, turnaround times and reflex-test rules; print investigation request forms.
- Create test invoices with collection materials, discounts and referral details; print invoices, collect partial payments and track outstanding balances.
- Record cash, card, bank or mobile-banking payments; review payment history, cancellations, desk cash counts and discount approvals with staff limits and manager PIN checks.
- Record mobile-banking sender details and transaction IDs, distinguish advance from paid receipts, and use the supported added-test billing workflow.
Samples, reports & corrections
- Track sample collection and processing, print barcode labels, and manage send-out vendors, rates and sample dispatch.
- Enter results using configured report templates, review critical values, approve reports and use remote approval links for authorised reviewers.
- Print individual or batch reports with centre branding and authorised signatures; track report delivery.
- The report link behind the invoice QR shows each test's progress — awaiting sample, in lab, checking, ready or late — with the day it is expected from the test's turnaround time. Results open once approved and paid; the patient's PIN is the last four digits of their phone.
- Optionally, explain out-of-range results in plain Bangla and English under the approved report. The text is AI-drafted from the values alone, never names a medicine or diagnosis, always ends with “discuss with your doctor”, and is off until the centre turns it on.
- Amend issued reports with a reason, retain earlier report versions and show amendment notices on subsequent prints.
- Send invoice and report links through configured WhatsApp templates in Bangla or English. Template approval, messaging setup and usage charges apply.
- Configure optional report rows, note rows, pick-list answers, centre-specific fields and print styles; reporting profiles preserve the units and ranges recorded with results.
Referral rules, earnings & payouts
- Manage doctors and referral agents, merge duplicate agents and apply individual or bulk commission rules, including test/group rules and tiers.
- Choose discount-sharing and commission-accrual policies, including collection-based accrual; review recalculated earnings, balances, payouts and statements.
Lab stock, purchasing & test costs
- Manage reagent and consumable categories, batches, expiry, stock receipts, requisitions, issues, adjustments and movement history.
- Map reagent consumption to tests to estimate available test capacity, monitor shortfalls and review recorded stock costs and test margins.
- Count the physical shelf and reconcile differences; use reorder suggestions and open-order quantities to decide what to buy.
- Create supplier purchase orders, print or share them through your own WhatsApp, receive partial deliveries and close unfinished orders with a reason.
- Receive paid or credit purchases, record opening dues and partial supplier payments, correct receipts and void mistaken payments with an audit trail.
- Return goods to suppliers, record refunds or retained supplier credit, and apply that credit to later receipts. Supplier contacts are shared with Pharmacy when both modules are enabled; the ledgers remain separate.
- Compare cash-based and billed profit-and-loss views, including recorded stock consumption costs and separate customer/supplier balances.
Follow-up & staff coordination
- Set repeat-test recall rules, review due patients and risk-based audiences, export lists and use the configured patient messaging workflow.
- Assign approaching or overdue reports and aged invoice dues in the action inbox; add notes, resolve and reopen assignments without changing the underlying record.
- Train reception and lab staff with fictional practice exercises, hints, feedback and manager-visible attempt history.
Optional modules & paid add-ons
- Add Prescription for digital prescribing, Pharmacy for dispensing, or Physiotherapy & Counselling for treatment courses, counselling cases and session packages. Each needs its own module entitlement or an applicable bundle.
- Lab Machine Integration adds compatible analyser connections, test-code mapping and a review inbox; hardware compatibility and bridge setup must be checked.
- Waiting-room TV, Field Agent visit tracking and analytics/Business Insights are separately enabled add-ons, not included in the base diagnostic price.
- Corporate Health adds corporate clients, campaigns, rosters, stations, operational tracking, certificates, follow-ups, statements and portal workflows.
Accounting & everyday administration
- Keep income, expenses, categories and recurring entries; review cash book, profit and loss, dues and printable/exportable financial reports for your enabled workflows.
- Track cash, bank and mobile-banking accounts with opening balances and transfers; close accounting months and reopen with authorised access and a recorded reason.
- Maintain staff salary records, salary payments, advances, recovery deductions and printable payslips, subject to accounting permissions.
- Use centre settings, subscription management, support and tutorials. Access to records and actions follows the purchased modules and assigned permissions.
- Busy-desk safeguards: a refused form keeps everything typed, a list opens again on the filters and page you left, closing a half-filled popup asks first, and a double-clicked Save is recorded once.

Can I use this module on its own?+
Yes. Start with the standalone module and add other modules as needed. Workflows belonging to another module require that module’s subscription or an applicable bundle.
Can an issued report be corrected?+
Yes. Record the reason and create an amended version. Earlier issued versions remain available and amended prints carry a notice.
Are WhatsApp and analyser connections ready automatically?+
WhatsApp requires approved templates, configuration and message usage charges. Lab Machine Integration is a separate add-on requiring compatible equipment, code mapping and bridge setup.
