By accessing or using SihatPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Access to SihatPro requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are based on the plan selected during registration. All payments are processed manually by our team.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Upon non-payment or subscription expiry, access to the Service will be suspended automatically.

Renewal of subscriptions is not automatic. You are responsible for contacting us to arrange renewal before your subscription expires.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into SihatPro, including patient records and clinical data. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

You grant SihatPro a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

SihatPro is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SihatPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
