Employer contracts & rates
Hold each company, its units and its contract in one place, with a negotiated per-test rate that overrides your counter price for that contract only.
Screening 500 workers in two days is a different business from serving walk-in patients. SihatSuite gives it its own workflow — employer contracts and rates, roster upload, station-by-station camp control, a fitness decision per worker, and one statement billed to the company instead of hundreds of patient invoices.
Hold each company, its units and its contract in one place, with a negotiated per-test rate that overrides your counter price for that contract only.
Import the worker list from the company's own spreadsheet — employee ID, department, designation, batch — and the campaign roster is ready before camp day.
Registration, vitals, sample collection, vision, medical review and completion each run as a station, so you can see who is waiting where instead of guessing.
Record fit, fit with advice, fit with restriction, temporarily unfit, specialist review or urgent referral against each worker, and issue a numbered fitness certificate.
One landscape sheet with workers down and tests across, opening with the workers who need attention and shading values outside the recorded reference range.
Corporate dues are raised as a statement against the employer and tracked as receivables — kept out of your daily patient cash and P&L.
Inside SihatSuite
A screening campaign uses the patients, samples, reports and accounting you already work in — corporate adds the employer layer on top, not a second system to maintain.

Taka contract rates
Per-test rates per contract, so each employer gets the price you agreed.
No. The employer portal shows attendance and the occupational fitness decision only. Individual clinical readings and diagnostic reports stay with the worker and the examining physician. The portal itself is protected by a link plus a PIN, and can be revoked at any time.
Yes — that is the normal case. Staff work from phones and laptops at the site, and measurements typed at a station are retained on the device until the server confirms the save, so a weak connection does not cost you the entry.
Against the company, not the worker. Tests are priced at the contract rate agreed with that employer, and the campaign produces one statement with its own due date, tracked as corporate receivables separately from your patient cash book.
SihatSuite reuses the existing patient record only on an exact name and mobile match, and only when that match is unambiguous. Anything weaker creates a new record — a duplicate can be merged later, but a wrong merge cannot be undone.
Yes. Each assessment can produce a numbered fitness certificate, numbered within your centre, alongside the consolidated worker-by-test sheet a factory doctor or auditor asks to see.
It is a paid add-on on top of Diagnostic Management, because it is a separate line of business with its own workflow. It appears as its own line on your subscription and is paid together with your plan — one bill, one payment.
