Can patients check whether their report is ready?+
Yes. The same link shows every test on the invoice with its stage — awaiting sample, in the lab, being checked, ready or late — and the day it is expected, worked out from each test's turnaround time. Results open once the report is approved and the bill is paid. Centres can also switch on a short plain-language explanation of out-of-range results in Bangla and English, drafted by AI from the values only and always ending with advice to discuss them with a doctor.
