The doctor prescribes and orders procedures. Theatre procedures get a case; the rest go on the worklist.

- At completion the nurse confirms what was used and wasted; stock moves off the shelf once, with the cost recorded; a cancelled order moves nothing and a refund never puts a used item back.
The small day-care theatre
- Book a case into a theatre for a surgeon, anaesthetist and assistant with a start time and duration; an overlapping booking in the same room is refused.
- Record consent — a parent or guardian with name and relation for anyone under 18 — and print the consent form in Bangla or English for signature.
- A fixed pre-op checklist the nurse ticks, each tick stamped with who and when and never removed; the patient goes into theatre only with consent and a complete checklist.
- The operation note is signed by the case's surgeon from their own login; a signed note is never edited, a correction sits beside it. Recovery observations with vitals and pain score until the patient leaves, which completes the case.
Bills that read the way clinics quote
- Completed procedures are billed from the patient's page, each once: the procedure, consumables at cost, and for a theatre case the surgeon fee, anaesthesia fee and theatre charge as separate lines.
- Deposits are held as the patient's credit and drawn first on the next clinic bill; unused credit is refunded with a reason. Cash, card or mobile banking with the TrxID.
- Surgeon and anaesthesia fees flow into the same doctor fee settlement as consultations, so one statement covers a doctor's visits and operations.

The bed board and the admission desk
A card per ward with every bed and cabin: who is in it, day of stay, the attending doctor. The desk admits, takes the first deposit and prints the admission slip; two desks can never admit into the same bed.
Transfers and bed charges by the day
Bed moves with their history; each day is charged at the bed the patient was in at the end of it, with a discharge-day grace hour. A stay keeps the rate it was admitted at.
Deposits, the running bill and the final bill
A stay's deposits pay only that stay's bill. Interim statements, a low-deposit alert, the final bill, and either an accepted due or a refund of what is left over.

How are doctors paid their share?+
Each doctor has a fee rule: a percentage of the fee or a fixed sum per visit, and whether a discount is shared, absorbed by the centre or taken from the doctor. The share is earned as the patient pays, never on an unpaid bill, and a changed rule never rewrites earlier visits. Payouts post as one expense in the cash book with a statement to hand the doctor.
What happens to consumables if a bill is cancelled?+
Nothing comes back to the shelf. Stock moves once, when the nurse completes the procedure and confirms what was used and wasted. Cancelling the bill only frees the work to be billed again.
Can a clinic without a lab or pharmacy use it?+
Yes. Clinic Management stands on its own at ৳3,000/month. Add Diagnostic Management or Pharmacy as a bundle whenever you open one.
Is there a theatre register?+
The theatre list is the register: every case by day and room with its surgeon, consent, checklist, operation note and recovery observations. A signed operation note is never edited; a correction sits beside it.
