Start with the work you need to complete
A doctor's chamber that writes prescriptions needs a different starting point from a medicine shop or a lab. Write down the work you need on day one: prescribing, dispensing, sample collection, report approval, serial booking and accounts. Match those tasks to the modules below. A bigger package is useful only when your team needs its additional workflow.
A chamber without a lab or medicine counter
Prescription covers writing and printing prescriptions, the drug catalogue, letterheads, multiple chamber details and accounting. Chamber details are the addresses and visiting times printed on a prescription. They do not include patient serial booking or a waiting-room queue: those require Diagnostic Management.
A pharmacy, with or without a doctor
Pharmacy covers the counter, medicine batches, expiry, purchases, supplier dues and accounting. If a doctor also consults at the shop, choose Prescription + Pharmacy so the consultation and dispensing share the organisation's records. That combination does not require a laboratory. Each doctor uses their own login and letterhead, while the counter handles sales.
A diagnostic center with additional services
- Diagnostic Management: billing, investigations, samples, reports, referrals, lab inventory and doctor serials.
- DMS + Prescription: add prescription writing to the diagnostic workflow.
- DMS + Pharmacy: connect the medicine counter to the diagnostic business.
- DMS + Prescription + Pharmacy: combine consultation, laboratory and dispensing workflows.
Separate the subscription from other costs
The package covers its modules. Optional add-ons and WhatsApp usage need a separate check. SihatSuite-sender messages use credits; your own Meta sender has provider charges. Analyser Interface requires Diagnostic Management, a compatible machine and a configured lab PC. Confirm that an add-on fits your package before buying it.
Confirm the scope during the trial

- Ask support to review imports from an existing system before promising your staff a migration date.
- Confirm available exports and post-cancellation access before subscribing.
