No. Every figure comes from what the desk and the lab already record: invoices, payments, discounts, commission entries, samples and report approvals. If your centre runs on SihatSuite, the analytics are already there for the add-on to read.
A package price is split across its member tests in proportion to their own list prices, so a CBC sold inside a health check still counts towards CBC. Without this, panels hide the tests that actually bring the money.
Gross is what a doctor's referred invoices were billed. Net is what the centre kept after the commission accrued against them. It uses accrued, not paid, so a late payout never flatters a doctor's figure.
Every night the add-on looks at each referring doctor's recent pace. One who averaged eight or more referrals a month and is now running under half that, or who referred every month for six months and has sent nobody for thirty days, is listed on the Referrals page until they are back above three quarters of their pace.
Anyone you give the Reporting permission to, usually the owner and a manager. Reception and lab staff do not see revenue or referrer figures unless you grant it on the Roles page.
The analytics half is live today. The AI half — plain-language briefs in Bangla and English that say what changed this week and why — is on the roadmap, and every centre on the add-on gets it when it ships at no extra charge.
