Frequently asked questions
How many doctors can sit at the complex?+
As many as you have sittings for. Fifteen doctor logins are included and support can raise it; the desk, assistants and accounts have their own staff logins.
How is a doctor's share worked out?+
You set a rule per doctor: a percentage of the fee or a fixed sum per visit, and whether a discount is shared, absorbed by the centre or taken from the doctor. The share is earned only as the patient pays, so an unpaid or cancelled bill earns nothing, and a changed rule never rewrites earlier visits.
Is the waiting-room TV extra?+
No. The TV display is part of Doctor Consultancy. On Diagnostic Management it remains a ৳500 add-on.
Can patients book serials online?+
Not yet. Serials are booked at the desk or by phone and WhatsApp today; online booking from the centre's website is being built.
We already use the Prescription package. Do we lose anything by upgrading?+
No. The upgrade is a package change on the same account: doctors, chambers and prescriptions stay, and the desk, serials, TV and settlement appear.
