Field agent app for diagnostic centres in Bangladesh
Most centres already pay people to go door to door — to bring patients in, follow up the ones who owe, and keep the village referrers warm. What the owner never sees is where those agents actually went and which invoices came from their work. The SihatSuite Field Agent app runs on any Android phone, works with no signal, stamps every visit with GPS, and ties every referral to the invoice and the commission it earned.

What the agent carries, and what the centre sees

Works with no network at all
A day's registrations, visits and notes are saved on the phone first. When it next finds coverage they upload in order, with the time the agent actually recorded them. A dead zone costs nothing.

GPS on every visit, and the route in between
Each doorstep visit carries a location fix. Between visits the phone reports its position every ten minutes, so the Routes map at the centre shows where an agent was through the day — not where they said they were.

Referrals land on the invoice
When a patient the agent registered is billed, the invoice carries the agent and the commission rule applies on its own. Earnings show in the agent's app, and the centre's commission page pays them out in a batch.

Set a monthly collection target for each agent. The app shows progress against it every time it opens; the Field Agents page at the centre shows every agent side by side.

Follow-ups, dues and a rate card
Patients due for a recall or carrying a balance appear as follow-ups on the agent's list, with the patient's history to hand. A doorstep rate card of your tests answers the price question on the spot.

What does the Field Agents add-on cost?+
৳1,000 a month on top of a Diagnostic Management subscription, however many agents you run. The app itself is free to install from your SihatSuite account.
Which phones does the app run on?+
Any Android phone from recent years. It is installed from a download card on the Field Agents page in SihatSuite, so an agent does not need a Google account or the Play Store. There is no iPhone version.
What happens where there is no network?+
Everything the agent does is saved on the phone first and uploaded later, in the order it happened. Registrations, visits, notes and the location trail all queue. If the phone never finds coverage that day, they upload the next morning.
How does the centre know the agent really visited?+
Every visit carries the phone's GPS fix at the moment it was recorded, and the phone reports its position every ten minutes while the agent is on duty. The Routes page draws the day on a map, visit by visit, with the gaps visible.
How are referrals and commission tracked?+
A patient the agent registers is linked to that agent. When the centre bills that patient, the invoice records the agent and the commission rule you set applies automatically — the same engine that pays referring doctors. The agent sees their earnings in the app; the centre pays out from the Commissions page.
Can an agent see patient records?+
An agent sees the patients they registered and the follow-ups assigned to them, with the history needed to make the visit useful. They do not see the centre's accounts, other agents' patients or any report they were not sent.
Does it track the agent's phone all the time?+
Location is recorded between the agent's login and logout in the app, and only for the centre they work for. Agents see this in the app's privacy notice before they first sign in, and the trail is kept for ninety days.
