What you can do, from start to finish
Practitioners, services & calendar
- Manage physiotherapists, physical-medicine doctors and assistants with qualifications, registrations, linked logins and a bilingual prescription letterhead; configure services with duration and prices, and packages with session counts and validity.
- Set weekly hours and book from a day or week calendar with one column per practitioner. Book one visit or a series: daily, on chosen weekdays or weekly; days off are skipped and practitioner overlaps are blocked. Drag a booked visit to move it. List rooms, beds and machines with how many patients each takes, and a booking that names one is refused when it is full. A waiting list offers a freed slot to the patients who asked for that time.
- The Today screen shows the day's visits per practitioner with one next action each, plus notes to sign, reassessments due, packages running out and money owed. Each patient's page shows a single next step, a session track, attendance and a pain trend.
Treatment courses, prescription & clinical records
- Keep a separate treatment course for each problem with a referring doctor, lead practitioner and in-treatment/discharged status; the front desk can start one for a walk-in. Referral attachments are stored privately.
- Record initial and review assessments: body region, complaint, history, pain score, range of motion, strength and functional limitation, with a body chart marked on a front and back outline. Score outcome measures at the start and again later, the patient's own activity scale or the total of a standard questionnaire, and see the change as a line.
- Write a physiotherapy prescription: findings, diagnosis, treatments with settings and minutes, the course (sessions, frequency, weeks, reassessment date), home exercises, aids, advice, tests advised and, when needed, medicines from the drug catalogue. A physiotherapist or a doctor signs it; a revision replaces it and the earlier one stays on file. Personal templates and learned phrases speed up writing.
- Print the prescription on the prescriber's letterhead, a separate home-exercise sheet for the patient, clinical records and discharge summaries on A5, A4 or Letter. Prescriptions are printed only and never sent by message.
Packages, policies, payments & refunds
- Sell and track each held package separately, choose which package pays for a session, and keep session usage, corrections, expiry and extensions in a history separate from money owed.
- Configure no-show and late-cancellation policies, including whether a session is consumed or a fee applies; use pay-as-you-go billing when appropriate.
- Invoice assessments, sessions and packages, record partial payments and dues, and handle refunds of unused package balances. One screen lists every package, invoice and due; reports show practitioner workload, attendance, income by service and referral sources.
- Calculate referral commissions using configured rules; refunds resynchronise commission entitlements while preserving paid amounts and history.
Access, reminders & current scope
- Use role-based permissions for assistants and physiotherapists, with clinical signing controlled separately. The module works on its own or alongside other subscribed modules.
- Patients can opt in to day-before WhatsApp reminders. Delivery needs an approved template and the scheduled reminder service to be enabled; messages use daytime hours and omit clinical details. Usage charges apply.
- Home exercise sheets print a line drawing for the common exercises. A centre that also runs Pharmacy can send a prescription's medicines, and only the medicines, to its counter. Group sessions, SMS and online payment gateways are not included.
Accounting & everyday administration
- Keep income, expenses, categories and recurring entries; review cash book, profit and loss, dues and printable/exportable financial reports for your enabled workflows.
- Track cash, bank and mobile-banking accounts with opening balances and transfers; close accounting months and reopen with authorised access and a recorded reason.
- Maintain staff salary records, salary payments, advances, recovery deductions and printable payslips, subject to accounting permissions.
- Use centre settings, subscription management, support and tutorials. Access to records and actions follows the purchased modules and assigned permissions.
Counselling: confidential case files
- A case file opens only for the people on that case. No role or permission opens it on its own, not even the owner's: a manager asks to join, and someone already on the case approves or declines.
- Every opening, print and document download is logged and shown on the case, with who added or removed whom, every request and every handover.
- Reception books and bills without being told what the therapy is: the calendar, client lists, invoices and receipts say "Therapy session" and "Therapist", never counselling or psychotherapy.
- When a therapist leaves, switching off their login takes them off every case, and the case is handed over to a new lead with the reason on record.
Counselling: consent, notes, risk & outcomes
- Record consent to therapy and to record keeping before the intake: from the client, or from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18. Nothing new is written on a case without it.
- Intake, formulation and plan, session notes, reviews and a closing summary. Signed notes are never edited: a correction is added beside the original.
- Risk is graded at every intake and review. A high grade, or a PHQ-9 self-harm answer above zero, stays on the case and on the case team's Today screen until the risk is reviewed.
- PHQ-9, GAD-7 and CORE-10 totals with their standard severity bands, and a distress trend across the sessions. Between-session tasks print as the client's handout; every other record prints marked confidential.
Counselling: calendar, packages & billing
- A day or week calendar with a column per therapist, weekly series, rooms and a waiting list. The Today screen shows each therapist's sessions and notes to sign.
- Single sessions or session packages with their own balances and expiry, dues, payments by cash, card or mobile banking, and the centre's cash book and profit and loss.

How much is SihatSuite Physiotherapy & Counselling and what does it include?+
Physiotherapy & Counselling: ৳2,500/month, one package for physiotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy. It includes a therapist calendar, appointments, session packages and balances, assessments, a physiotherapy prescription (treatments, course, home exercises and medicines when needed), signed session notes, printable home-exercise sheets, billing and referral commissions. Counselling cases add consent, intake, formulation, graded risk with follow-up and PHQ-9, GAD-7 and CORE-10 scores, and each case file opens only for its case team. A centre can use it on its own without Diagnostic Management. No setup fee; optional add-ons and WhatsApp message usage are separate.
Do I need a separate package for counselling?+
No. Counselling and psychotherapy are part of the Physiotherapy & Counselling package and are not sold separately. A centre that only does counselling takes this same package.
Who can open a counselling case file?+
Only the people on the case: the lead therapist and anyone they or the team add. An owner or manager can ask to join, but cannot open it until someone on the case approves. Reception sees only times and dues, and receipts say "Therapy session".
Are payments and session balances tracked separately?+
Yes. Billing tracks what has been paid and what is owed. Each held package separately tracks used and remaining sessions and its expiry date.
Can signed notes be changed?+
Signed notes cannot be edited in place. Add an amendment to correct the record; the original stays in the history.
Does it work offline, and do exercises come with pictures?+
The website needs an internet connection. The common exercises print with a line drawing on the home exercise sheet; an exercise outside that set prints as text without a picture.
