Glasses orders
- Make an order from the eye doctor's glasses prescription, the shop's own refraction, or an outside paper prescription typed in. The order keeps the powers it was made to.
- A frame from stock or the customer's own; prescription lenses priced from your lens price list — single vision, bifocal or progressive — with options such as anti-glare, blue cut or photochromic.
- A high-power surcharge added automatically when either eye needs it, and fitting heights for bifocal and progressive lenses.
- A printed job card for the fitter or the lens lab.
Lens labs, status & delivery
- Each order moves from ordered to lenses received, fitting, ready and delivered.
- Lens labs tracked with the day sent, the day back and the lab's charge.
- A "glasses ready" WhatsApp to the customer, saying what is still to pay. WhatsApp usage is charged separately.
- A remake is recorded with its reason and is not billed again.

- On an Eye Chamber, the counter takes the order straight from the doctor's glasses prescription, and the doctor's side sends that prescription to the patient on WhatsApp with a link to the slip in Bangla.

As a refraction, with the refractionist's name on it. It is never printed as a doctor's prescription, and the shop's package has no pad for writing medicines.
My eye chamber has its own optical counter. What do I take?+
Eye Chamber with the Optical Shop add-on, ৳1,000/month. The counter takes the order straight from the doctor's glasses prescription. The doctor's side can also send the glasses prescription to the patient on WhatsApp, with a link to the slip in Bangla.
What happens with a remake?+
A remake is recorded with its reason and is not billed again. The monthly report shows remakes, late orders and advances held.
Where do advances and balances go?+
