An ordinary website's prices and doctor timings are out of date within a month of launch. A SihatSuite website reads the same records your desk uses: change a price at the desk and the website changes with it, add a doctor and their page appears, and a home-collection booking lands straight in your bookings list. In Bangla and English, under your name, on your own domain.

A sihatsuite.com subdomain in your centre's name, or your own domain — we buy it for you or connect the one you have. The HTTPS certificate is included.
Change it yourself later
Edit the About text, notices, gallery, hours, colours and sections yourself. Nothing reaches the website until you press Publish, and you can go back to an earlier version.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost in total?+
৳10,000 once for setup (design, words, photos and launch), paid before the website goes live. Then ৳4,000 a year for hosting on a sihatsuite.com subdomain, or ৳8,000 a year with your own domain — which covers buying and renewing the domain, DNS and hosting. Plus ৳200 a month on your SihatSuite subscription.
Do I need a domain already?+
No. You can start on a subdomain such as your-centre.sihatsuite.com. If you want your own domain, we buy it in your centre's name (.com.bd domains are bought by hand from BTCL, so they take a little longer). If you already own one, point its nameservers at us. You can move from the subdomain to your own domain later.
If a price or a doctor's timing changes, does the website change?+
Yes. Prices, doctors, chamber timings and contact details come from your SihatSuite records, so a change at the desk shows on the website without publishing anything. You choose which tests, doctors and chambers appear. Costs, commissions and patient information never reach the website.
Can patients book a doctor's serial on the website?+
Not yet. Each doctor's page shows their chamber timings with call and WhatsApp buttons, and patients ask for a serial from there. Home sample collection can be booked online.
Can we change the design later?+
You can change colours, the logo, the header photo and which sections show in which order yourself. For a different design altogether, ask us and our team switches it.
Who writes the website text?+
At setup our team drafts the first Bangla and English text and you approve it. It is written within the rules for medical advertising — no promises to cure anything, for example. Afterwards you keep the About text, notices, FAQ and gallery up to date yourself.
Do we get email or Google Analytics?+
Email hosting on the domain is not included. You can add Google Analytics (GA4) and Facebook Pixel IDs; they run on the public website only and never with patient data.
